Capital Group is seeking a Core Operations ADAPT Senior Associate to support accurate and timely fund NAVs, distributions, expenses, and trades. You will help ensure NAV accuracy, maintain controls, and participate in process improvements while collaborating with partners and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics or business.
• CPA license is a bonus.
• Public accounting experience preferred but not required.

• Support accurate daily NAVs, income distributions, expenses, and trades.
• Prepare and review daily/periodic tasks with strong controls.
• Resolve issues with urgency and support cross-functional priorities.
• Build expertise across ADAPT operating model and communicate with partners.
