Qualifications

• Deep expertise in C# and C++ programming.
• Strong knowledge of compiler toolchain technology.
• Understanding of hardware architecture and performance concerns.
• Experience in game engine development, especially proprietary engines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery and fitness of C#/.NET integration, including JIT and AOT toolchains.
• Lead technical direction for Unity Engine and craft the long-term roadmap for the team.
• Define metrics to guide resourcing and communicate plans to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide solutions to users through documentation, forums, bug reports, and internal support channels.
• Guide the development and effectiveness of team members and advocate best practices.
