Formación

• At least 7 years building expertise within the general space.
• Hands-on general experience that holds up to follow-up questions.
• Demonstrated calm when a Fontana, CA client changes scope mid-stream.
• Familiarity with Community Solutions Group-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them.
• A Fontana network, or the hustle to build one from scratch.
• Familiarity with the rhythms of an inclusive internship team.
