About The Role

The Senior Creative (Art or Copy) is a strategic thinker, conceptual leader, and craft expert. You bring a sharp creative POV, a collaborative spirit, and the experience to own projects from ideation through production. You’ve spent time shaping campaigns across multiple platforms, and you know how to turn big ideas into even bigger results.

You’re comfortable taking the reins in client conversations, guiding junior creatives, and delivering smart, brand-building work. Your ideas are grounded in insight and culture—and you know how to make them resonate through storytelling, design, and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Concepting & Campaign Development

  • Lead the development of compelling, insight-driven concepts for integrated campaigns across channels (social, digital, experiential, video, print, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, account, and production teams to turn briefs into bold ideas
  • Push creative boundaries while staying true to client goals and brand voice

Art Directors

  • Translate ideas into stunning visual narratives, from high-level brand concepts to executional design
  • Build decks, mood boards, and visual comps that sell ideas in a clear, inspiring way
  • Direct and oversee visual execution in production across mediums

Copywriters

  • Write across a wide variety of formats and tones—from sharp headlines and brand manifestos to long-form video scripts
  • Own the voice of the brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity
  • Help lead the development of campaign messaging, storytelling arcs, and editorial content

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level creatives, providing thoughtful feedback and setting the standard for creative excellence
  • Lead internal and client presentations with clarity, passion, and strategic thinking
  • Partner with Creative Directors to shape the vision of projects and elevate the work

Production Experience

  • Confidently see ideas through production—providing creative direction on set, in the edit, or during design reviews
  • Collaborate with producers and vendors to bring high-quality executions to life within scope and timeline

Cultural Curiosity & POV

  • Stay actively engaged in culture, tech, design, and emerging creative trends
  • Bring a strong, personal creative point of view and original thinking to each assignment
  • Be a proactive contributor to our creative culture—whether through mentoring, thought leadership, or side projects

About You

The essentials:

  • 6–10 years of experience in a creative role at an agency, in-house team, or relevant creative field
  • A portfolio that showcases smart thinking, strong execution, and range across formats and media
  • Strong verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Experience guiding projects through all phases: concept, pitch, production, and launch
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A passion for telling brand stories that make people feel, think, and act
