You will partner with Sales and Marketing from our Virginia HQ, develop assets for events, and translate technical security content into engaging, compliant copy for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
• Proven copywriting experience, in‑house or agency, across multiple brands or clients.
• Demonstrated ability to write consistently in an established brand voice while flexing style across formats.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests.
• Calm, steady under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven success working remotely with a US‑based team.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Guardian voice across assets and audiences, ensuring messaging adheres to brand positioning.
• Write and maintain sales enablement content: product/service assets, decks, proof stories, brochures.
• Produce web copy, blog posts, and thought leadership to support campaigns.
• Write sales emails and outbound campaign copy.
• Develop copy for events, stands, and in‑person marketing materials.
• Adapt tone for core buyers while preserving brand voice across formats.
• Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to keep content moving at pace.
• Turn technical security content into compelling copy with discretion on sensitive details.
