Funday is a full-service, fully-remote agency built on fun and brains. As a Senior Copywriter you’ll report to a Creative Director and collaborate with a diverse team to concept and craft campaigns that span digital, social, TV, and out-of-home.

We’re a global, lightweight crew where you’ll shape voice and storytelling across channels. You’ll work remotely from Canada (BC, AB, or ON) with a focus on culturally resonant content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a copywriting role in an agency environment.
• Portfolio showcasing copywriting and storytelling, including digital and social work.
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles in digital contexts.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail across diverse voices and audiences.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and write for varied projects.
• Deep understanding of culture and how it informs brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of business objectives and audience demographics to create targeted content.
• Translate information from stakeholders into effective creative work.
• Lead concept ideas with art and creative directors.
• Translate concepts into full campaigns across digital, social, TV, and out-of-home.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain high standards of copywriting and quality control.
