Critical Mass in Indianapolis is seeking a passionate writer with copywriting and creative communications skills to join a collaborative Delta client team embedded with the brand group. You will report to the Senior Brand Manager and partner with brand, product, and channel teams to craft cohesive content.

You will build SEO-optimized copy that drives awareness, preference, and sales, manage multiple projects to deadline, and help protect trademarks while developing product names and claims.

Formación

• 5-7 years of content marketing or copywriting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with a strong brand voice.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong research, listening, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to translate ideas into audience-specific messaging.
• Experience with CMS and Copilot.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Delta internal teams to identify needs and goals for copy and messaging.
• Develop innovative and effective written communications with brand and channel teams.
• Support a market-driven and industry-leading brand strategy.
• Self-manage priorities, timelines, and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Edit and proofread to high editorial standards across outputs.
• Develop copy aligning with brand standards with an SEO-centered approach.
• Create comprehensive guides for consistent communication across channels.
• Craft messages highlighting product advantages and naming strategies.
• Oversee product name development and trademark maintenance.
• Establish processes for validating product claims.
• Coordinate with legal for approvals before publication.
