Encora is seeking a Senior Copywriter with a proven ability to craft compelling, high-impact marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. This is a strategic and creative role requiring a deep understanding of audience behavior, marketing objectives, and messaging frameworks. We're looking for a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality marketing and campaign copy that aligns with brand goals and audience needs
  • Translate strategic insights into persuasive, audience-centric messaging across multiple platforms
  • Partner with designers, art directors, and strategists to develop and execute cross-channel campaigns
  • Provide strategic input on creative direction to ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and results-driven
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Present creative ideas and rationale to internal teams and external clients with clarity and confidence
  • Offer feedback and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to a collaborative creative culture
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platforms, and best practices to keep our work cutting-edge
  • Contribute to new business proposals and creative pitches
  • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client and internal expectations

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Expert-level writing skills for headlines, body copy, and UX copy that drive engagement and results
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, business goals, and brand positioning

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Experience across B2B and B2C marketing preferred
  • Proficient in Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
