You are:

We are searching for a Senior Copywriter passionate about their craft and eager to make an impact. This individual should have experience across multiple media—from interactive to brand campaigns and digital content—working with various clients, tones, and voice styles to ensure exceptional results. The role requires confidence as an individual contributor, readiness to take on leadership when needed, and a collaborative approach to deliver the best concepts and solutions. The ideal candidate has a substantial portfolio of published work and professional writing experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt to different styles easily.

The work:
  • Write compelling and creative copy for various platforms and lengths across the funnel—from big idea campaigns and TV spots to long-form content like eBooks and social media ads.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Present and defend concepts and copy confidently in internal and client meetings.
  • Deliver assignments on time, meeting Accenture Song quality standards.
  • Follow copy style guidelines and understand the importance of strategy.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail.
  • Handle all aspects of production and post-production with minimal supervision.
  • Lead and own work, developing disruptive ideas with minimal oversight.
  • Mentor junior copywriters and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of copywriting experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Minimum 2 years of agency or equivalent experience in the creative industry across all media including digital, social, film, long-form content, and print.
  • Portfolio or samples demonstrating strategic, disruptive, and brand-building concepts across multiple platforms.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English.
  • Excellent presentation/public speaking skills.
  • A clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising.
  • Natural storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development.
  • Experience using GenAI in workflows.
  • Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) clients.
  • Experience in scaled AOR engagements.
  • Portfolio with award-winning, industry-recognized work (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC).
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends.
