To do the job well, you'll need a good sense of social media craft and a desire to get your hands dirty. We are seeking someone who lives in the space between pop culture, entertainment, fashion, and music.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  1. CREATIVE: Concept, write, and create strong, compelling copy that resonates with target audiences. Understand the structure of a brand's identity — how visual and verbal elements come together to create a holistic brand experience. Be a creative spokesperson for projects to ensure creative integrity. Contribute to new business activities, including outlining and writing pitch decks.
  2. STORYTELLING: Be responsible for strategic thinking for integrated campaign work.
  3. COMMUNICATION: Clearly articulate ideas to colleagues, both verbally and in writing. Present effectively to clients and agency teams. Contribute to new business activities, including pitch decks.
  4. SOCIAL LITERACY: Identify trends and opportunities in social media that align with brands. Maintain a genuine interest in the creative industry, including emerging technologies and groundbreaking ideas.
  5. COLLABORATION: Work collaboratively with a large team of creatives from ideation to execution, ensuring ideas are faithfully brought to life while taking feedback from leads.
  6. WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT: Manage multiple priorities and assignments, executing with quick turnaround times for real-time moments, capturing trending moments, and delivering high-quality work on time and accurately.
SALARY RANGE

$70,000 - $200,000 annually

Requirements
  • 5+ years of agency experience & a portfolio of live & spec work
  • Robust knowledge of advertising fundamentals, including brand development, strategy, storytelling, design, and emerging platforms and technologies
  • Full command of the creative process — from idea to campaign, and client presentation, while staying on brief
