Job summary

GSW Santa Monica is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor with strong conceptual thinking who can balance creativity with strategy and deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives. You will lead writing across print and digital, guide brand tone and messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Based in the Pacific or Mountain time zones, you will mentor junior writers, review work, and ensure consistency of claims.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience at pharma advertising agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual ability and creative problem-solving.
• Experience developing work for both patient and HCP audiences.
• Client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel work across print, digital and beyond.
• Write long-form copy; establish and manage brand tone, claims, and copy consistency.
• Guide product/service/brand information to bolster creative concepts and executions.
• Understand and implement direction and translate it into effective creative work.
• Communicate workload and progress clearly with team members.
