Job summary

Invesco Real Estate is seeking an Associate Director, CoPilot Studio Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of agent and copilot solutions built on Microsoft CoPilot Studio.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define reference architectures, govern security and compliance, and mentor engineers in a pragmatic, value-driven delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio delivering production agents.
• Expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI services.
• Experience with architectural governance, security, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for CoPilot Studio agents at Invesco.
• Lead architectural reviews and due diligence for new copilot use cases.
• Oversee hands-on build of copilots and coach engineering teams.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance obligations are met.
