Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Senior Coordinator QHSE in Texas to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QHSE systems. You will lead audits, incident investigations, and training efforts while maintaining robust documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with project teams to embed safety, health, and environmental considerations across operations and will drive performance through data analysis and proactive planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in QHSE roles within energy services, construction, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant QHSE regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of QHSE programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards, non-compliance, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for safety incidents, near misses, and environmental deviations.
• Develop and deliver QHSE training programs ensuring understanding and compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, permits, records, reports, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with project managers and staff to promote a proactive safety culture and integrate QHSE into operations.
• Monitor environmental performance, waste management, spill prevention, and air quality; assist in reporting.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Support continuous improvement of QHSE performance through data analysis, trend identification, and best practices.
