The Senior Coordinator, Providership is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of provider enrollment applications, agreements, and credentialing activities for Caremark and affiliated pharmacy networks. This role supports pharmacy participation in private, state, federal, and third-party payer programs related to new store openings, acquisitions, relocations, and ongoing business operations. The Senior Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining provider status and ensuring uninterrupted access to reimbursement for pharmacy services. This position serves as a key resource for pharmacy enrollment and credentialing activities, partnering with internal stakeholders, pharmacy teams, and external payer organizations to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, payer requirements, and company policies. Additionally, the role acts as a liaison between pharmacy operations, third-party agencies, and internal business partners to research and resolve provider enrollment issues, support regulatory requirements, and facilitate continued participation in government and commercial payer networks. This position is accountable for maintaining accurate provider information with federal, state, and private payers; preparing and submitting legally binding enrollment documentation; and managing key aspects of the provider enrollment and credentialing process across the assigned pharmacy network.

The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
