Job summary

University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Coordinator for University Assisted Community Schools Sports, Fitness, & Health (Netter Center). You will coordinate SFH programs including cross-grade sports and school-day health supports, partnering with Penn Athletics and Netter Center staff.

The role involves coordinating with K-12 students, Penn student-athletes, and school leaders to implement health and fitness initiatives, provide supervision and mentorship, and ensure program

Qualifications

• Experience in school-based health initiatives or sports programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and foster relationships.
• Collaborative and flexible team player with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement UACS Sports programs at school sites with some campus time.
• Coordinate communications among Netter staff, university colleagues, and school leadership.
• Provide direct support to K-12 students, staff, and Penn students involved in the program.
• Schedule and plan supports with school leadership to meet health and fitness goals.
