Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Senior Coordinator, Client Development & Events to support marketing plans and event programs across retail and wholesale channels. You will coordinate advertising, promotions, budgets, and stakeholder communications to drive sales and client development.

The role collaborates with local teams and Milan HQ, develops store events and activations, tracks budgets and invoices, and helps turn event attendees into loyal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and event organization.
• Experience developing marketing plans, programs, and promotional briefs.
• Experience managing budgets and invoices.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, campaign management, demand generation, direct marketing, and database marketing.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, creative, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual marketing plans and manage calendars and collateral delivery.
• Coordinate advertising plans, promotions, media materials, and partnerships with local teams, vendors, and Milan headquarters.
• Develop and execute store events, activations, and boutique openings, including concepts, timelines, vendor coordination, invitations, and guest lists.
• Manage event and advertising budgets, track invoices, and monitor event performance and advertising efficiency.
• Partner with store teams, buyers, the press office, and CRM teams to address commercial needs and convert event attendees into loyal clients.
