This position supports the implementation of business solutions through data analysis, process coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include calendar and expense management for leadership, tracking trends, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in business support systems to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and alignment with company standards and objectives.
About the team:
Our team oversees Solid Waste and Recycling programs supporting Walmart facilities and operations. We collaborate with internal partners and external service providers to ensure services are safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective. Responsibilities include managing service providers, equipment, and disposal programs, resolving operational issues, identifying savings and diversion opportunities, and developing solutions to streamline processes and enhance performance. The team plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations while balancing cost, compliance, sustainability, and the overall associate and customer experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to our success.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
