Qualifications

• Ability to analyze system performance and support compliance.

Responsibilities

• Managed daily operation of the alarm emergency center and field emergency lines following procedures and standards.
• Provide procedural guidance and technical support to specialists and team leads on advanced calls and safety measures.
• Monitor and dispatch alarms, ensuring timely communication with authorities per regulatory guidelines.
• Lead emergency response efforts by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders during crisis events.
• Conduct training and support on alarm system applications and escalation protocols.
• Analyze alarm center data to identify trends, improve processes, and propose business solutions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and support continuous operational improvements.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
