Description: The Senior COOP Support role provides advanced technical, engineering, and operational support for IBM mainframe environments with a focus on z/OS system software, disaster recovery, continuity of operations (COOP), and replication technologies. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and support of IBM and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) software products operating within the IBM z/OS environment. The role supports critical infrastructure, disaster recovery operations, COOP exercises, system IPL activities, DASD replication, and emerging technology initiatives while ensuring system stability, availability, and performance. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000
The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Din Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
