Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Cook to join our food service team at a university setting in Wisconsin. You will prepare nutritious dishes, maintain high service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction with every meal.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, follow recipes, and contribute to a safe, clean kitchen environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of related experience, thrive in a busy environment, and bring a passion for food and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold food for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow recipes and product directions.
• Produce batches with classical and contemporary cooking and garnishing techniques.
• May supervise production staff and train others.
• Attend shifts on time and maintain regular attendance.
• Other duties as needed per client requirements.
