The Morrison Healthcare team is seeking a Senior Cook at Morrison Healthcare in New Braunfels, TX. This full-time role requires knife skills and cooking experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay between $18 and $20 per hour. You'll cook nutritious meals, follow recipes, supervise associates as needed, and ensure cleanliness and safety in line with HACCP guidelines and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires knife skills and cooking experience.
• Full-time availability with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
