Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Senior Cook for a full-time, Monday–Friday shift in Fort Worth, TX (American Airlines Headquarters). You will prepare nutritious meals to specification, follow established recipes, and help maintain kitchen operations from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities include supervising cooking activities, operating and cleaning equipment, labeling and storing food, and adhering to HACCP and health regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items per established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Label, date and store food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
