Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring immediately for full and part-time PREP COOK positions at American Airlines - One Transformation Way, Fort Worth, TX 76155. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule includes Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm; more details will be provided at interview.

Must have cooking experience and be willing to train. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Pay range is $12.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Resolves customer concerns; performs other duties as assigned.
