Job Description: Senior Cook at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Senior Cook positions at Children's of San Antonio, located at 333 North Santa Rosa, San Antonio, TX 78208. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare nutritious and flavorful food following all applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cooking activities as assigned.
  • Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
  • Operate and clean equipment after use.
  • Store, label, and date food items properly.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Support cross-training of staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
