Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring a Senior Cook at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. This role supports both full-time and part-time schedules with AM/PM shifts and is based on campus.

The position involves preparing nutritious, flavorful meals, following recipes, and adhering to HACCP and health/sanitation regulations. Prior food production or pizza experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
