• We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time SENIOR COOK position.
• Address: Ascension Resurrection Village - 7262 West Peterson Avenue, Chicago, IL 60631. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, days may vary; weekends included, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. More details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares nutritious and flavorful food in accordance with standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use. Perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in maintaining production records and documentation.
• Support cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
