Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a Senior Cook at Integra, Princeton, NJ. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:30 pm, with a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Experience is required. Applications are accepted ongoing until filled.

Primary duties include food preparation to high safety standards, HACCP compliance, and assisting the Food Service Director with production records and cross-training. Medical and other benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience required.
• Must be able to perform essential functions.
• HACCP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items per recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
