Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining seeks a Senior Cook at The Frederick Gunn School in Washington, CT. This full-time role requires preparing nutritious, well-flavored meals, following federal, state, local, and company standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing cooking activities, preparing entrees, operating and cleaning equipment, labeling and storing food, and ensuring HACCP compliance. Benefits include health, eye, and dental plans, plus paid time off and employee discounts.

• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
