We are hiring immediately for a full-time SENIOR COOK position.

Location: Capital One Commissary - 625 RXR Plaza, Uniondale, NY 11553. Note: online applications accepted only.

Prepares nutritious and flavorful food according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
2. Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
3. Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
4. Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
5. Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
6. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
8. Cross-train employees as needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
