Compass Group is hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Cook at the University of Missouri-Rolla. Responsibilities include preparing nutritious, flavorful meals, overseeing cooking activities, following recipes, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards.

You will work with the Food Service Director, handle equipment, maintain records, and assist in training staff. Prior cooking experience is required; hours vary with a full-time schedule, and benefits are offered.

• Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $18.00per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.

• Assists in the cross training of employees.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
