Job Summary

Summary: Prepares nutritious and flavorful food according to federal, state, local, and company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• May oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use; performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels, and dates food items; maintains organized storage of dry, refrigerated, and frozen goods.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assists in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
• Supports cross-training of employees.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
