Job Summary

Prepares nutritious and flavorful food in accordance with all applicable standards and regulations. May oversee food service associates and ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices.

Essential Duties

1. Oversee cooking activities as assigned.
2. Prepare various menu items following recipes.
3. Operate and clean equipment.
4. Store and label food items properly.
5. Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
6. Maintain sanitation and health standards.
7. Assist in record keeping and documentation.
8. Support cross-training of staff.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
