Location: Gadsden Regional Medical Center - 1007 Goodyear Avenue, Gadsden, AL 35903. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience required.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Summary: Prepares food ensuring it is nutritious and flavorful, complying with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
