Job Summary

Summary: Prepares nutritious, flavorful food according to standards, regulations, and guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use. Perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items. Maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining production records and documentation.
• Cross-train employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
