Job Summary

Prepares nutritious and flavorful food in accordance with standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
2. Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
3. Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
4. Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
5. Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
6. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
8. Assist in cross training employees.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
