Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of production cooking experience in a high‑volume setting.
• Ability to follow recipes, manage portions and diets, and work with safety standards.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a fast paced team.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily production for assigned areas and prepare all food items per recipes.
• Schedule production timing and quantities to fulfill orders and cafe menus.
• Monitor temperatures, logs, and food safety; minimize waste and restock as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas; assist with deliveries and inventory as required.
• Provide leadership and training to kitchen staff and support cross‑department needs.
• Support patient, cafe, and catering services with high quality cooking.
• Work under supervision with occasional independent responsibilities.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in food preparation for all shifts.
