Morrison Living is hiring for a full-time Senior Cook at The Tamalpais Marin, 501 Via Casitas, Greenbrae, CA 94904. You will prepare nutritious meals, lead cooking activities, and ensure proper food safety standards are met in a team-oriented hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cooking experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
