Qualifications

• Previous catering, large-volume events, or food truck experience is required.
• Must be able to work full time with variable days/hours.
• Location: The Momentary, Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored according to standards.
• Oversees cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use and performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items and maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintains accurate production records and completes required documentation.
• Assists in cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
