Sodexo is seeking a Senior Cook in Aiken, SC to join our food service team. You will prepare and plate a variety of hot and cold dishes, follow recipes, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our clients and customers.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Catered Events
• Follow complex recipes and produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary techniques
• May oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements
