Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and zero to three years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in mining, aggregates or similar industry preferred.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventative maintenance.
• Repair heavyweight conveyor belts using various methods.
• Frontline customer service through addressing inquiries and complaints.

Skills

Basic hand tool familiarity

Basic math experience

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lift 40-75lbs

Safety consciousness

Education

Technical degree

MSHA Experienced Miner certification

1+ year experience in related industry

Tools

Forklift / telehandler certifications
