Job summary

Victoria’s Secret Maintenance team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance across four locations in Central Ohio. The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and project-based efforts for distribution centers with a strong emphasis on PLC software and system redundancy.

The position requires expert knowledge of PLC hardware and software, host communications, and I/O device support.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC logic and control systems for material handling.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in automation environments.
• Ability to guide and mentor maintenance staff on technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to implement or modify DC automation systems to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support to DC users and PLC controls team during troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute test plans for software modifications and new applications.
• Maintain and administer software on existing DC automation systems for uptime.
