Job summary

CPG is seeking a highly skilled Controls & Integration Engineer IV to design, develop, install and maintain control systems for data centers and mission-critical environments in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes EPMS experience, SCADA/automation expertise, and field device configuration including gateways, meters, relays, and SCADA/HMI software.

You will lead design activities, perform QA/QC, develop operation sequences, and oversee testing from factory to site, ensuring compliance with project

Qualifications

• Education/experience requirements listed in the job description.
• Experience with electrical schematics, control startup, configuration and calibration.
• Familiarity with 3 phase power systems, protection & control schemes.
• Reading and interpreting electrical/controls documentation and drawings.
• Field testing, commissioning and QA/QC for control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer SCADA/Automation projects and create design documents.
• Develop and review System Function Documentation and Sequence of Operations.
• Lead testing plans and supervise factory and field testing.
• Configure and troubleshoot PLCs, RTUs and HMI systems.
• Perform QA/QC and reviews of third party design documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on project scope and estimates.
