Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Electrical or Electronics/Controls Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting manufacturing controls systems.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley equipment and systems.
• Proficiency with Rockwell Software.
• Good understanding of motor controls circuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Controls department.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, Operations, R&D, and Maintenance.
• Advise and assist in start-up and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise.
• Maintain the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Support operational performance improvement efforts.
