Job summary

Woodward is seeking a senior-level Controls Engineer to support vertical integration and automate manufacturing processes, especially around CNC equipment. You will design, implement, and support control systems to improve efficiency, data visibility, and system integration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, connect equipment and systems, and enable closed-loop feedback for lights-out manufacturing, while meeting safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires a 4-year BS degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• ITAR/EAR compliance and U.S. person eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements medium to high complexity control systems.
• Lead medium-sized controls projects, including risk assessments and coordination.
