General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) seeks an on-site automation specialist in Mesquite, TX to implement, test, troubleshoot, and improve electronic automation and controls systems in manufacturing. You will develop control system applications using ladder logic for PLCs, HMIs, DCSs, SCADA, CNC, or motion control tech.

You will support design and development, set up and repair of control systems, and document testing procedures while ensuring performance data is accurately

Formación

• Vocational/Technical Training Degree with 2–5 years' experience or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical control systems and automation in manufacturing.
• Ability to work on-site and follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supports engineering design and development of electrical control and automation systems.
• Provides setup, configuration, troubleshooting and repair of electrical control systems and prototypes.
• Assists with testing of systems, devices, and instruments.
• Documents testing procedures and records performance results.
