Job summary

Eos Energy Storage is seeking an Automation Engineer to troubleshoot and develop electrical systems in East Pittsburgh. You will handle various automation projects, work on PLC and HMI systems, and contribute to technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in automation and robotics.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with PLC and HMI or SCADA programming.
Minimum 5 years of robotic-arm programming experience; preferred Fanuc skills.
Comfortable troubleshooting 1000VDC electrical circuitry.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical, PLC/HMI, and networking issues.
Design and maintain automation standards and documentation.
Develop full-scale electrical and networking diagrams.
