Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in control systems or automation.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet).
• Ability to coordinate and manage technical aspects of projects.
• Experience preparing technical proposals or cost estimates.
• Strong relationship skills with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on PLC and HMI programming experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support PLC/HMI control systems to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Interpret customer requirements and guide engineering and design teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot quality and manufacturing issues.
• Create training materials, documentation and procedures for teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging products for product development.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers and partners.
• Provide field support for technical and commercial needs, with travel as required.
• Follow safety, quality standards and housekeeping procedures.
