Job summary

L2x Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Leader for Industrial Automation in Cleveland, OH. Lead the design and implementation of control systems, establish architectures and standards, and evaluate design alternatives to manage technical risk.

You will guide PLC/SCADA development with Allen-Bradley and Siemens, review complex deliverables, and ensure alignment with safety and performance requirements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial automation and systems integration.
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion including programming, electrical design, and customer communication.
• Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and programming (Allen-Bradley and Siemens).
• Experience designing electrical control systems including schematics, panels, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for design and implementation of industrial automation and control systems.
• Establish control system architectures, engineering standards, and technical approaches for projects.
• Review, approve, and validate engineering deliverables from internal teams and partners.
