A digital infrastructure investment firm is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer in Seattle, WA, to design control systems for behind-the-meter generation solutions. The role includes coordinating with vendors, ensuring reliability and cybersecurity, and supporting commissioning and performance metrics. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in industrial controls and SCADA integration. This position offers a competitive salary range of $120K - $150K plus bonus and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial controls/OT engineering, SCADA integration, or mission-critical controls for generation/power systems.
• Proven ownership of controls discipline design and Basis of Design (BOD) for complex systems.
• Demonstrated experience integrating controls with centralized monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Own controls discipline design for BTM generation systems.
• Coordinate with vendors on control panel interfaces.
• Define integration requirements for monitoring systems and incident management.
