Job summary

E Tech Group, a leading engineering and system integration firm, is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join our Eagle Mountain, Utah team. You will design, deploy, test, and maintain control systems, collaborating with customers and project leaders to ensure effective solutions.

You must be comfortable traveling and working on-site at client facilities. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent), 7+ years in the control system industry, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the control system industry.
• Able to work independently on projects with a very organized approach.
• Understanding of control system network topologies.
• Instrumentation calibration / startup experience.
• Experience commissioning in “live” environments.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, deployment, testing, and maintenance of control system projects from design through implementation.
• Develop/modify design documentation – drawings, procedures, sequences, testing scripts.
• Perform quality checks and bench testing of PLC, HMI, & SCADA programs.
• Provide onsite and remote support commissioning system design changes.
• Coordinate with installation teams to monitor progress and QA/QC.
